Maybe Today (Poem by Gabby L)

Silence 
Falls upon me 
For once 
I’m not speaking 
I guess 
Everyone’s happy 
So I’ll be tucked away 
Hands clammy 
Dark takes the day 
And my heart falls away 
But I’ll be okay 
I know I will be 
One day 
I'll be able to say 
I’m 100 percent 
Okay 
And by choice 
That day can be today.

    I love the negative uncertainty at the beginning. Awwww.... come one Theriddlemaster, you beat me too saying "Negative and then positive". XD I really do love the optimistic ending though. You forgot to put an apostrophe in "I'll" in the "Ill be able to say" line. But besides that, it's excellent.

    I am late, but I just wanted to say...
    That was DEEP! I loved how the poem shows how to get out of rough times, and gives meaning to everyone in a tough spot! Nicely done!
