A Friend in Me (Poem by Mark Borne)

The road is long,
And bumpy, too,
But just remember,
I'm here for you.
Over the mountains,
Across the sea,
Remember you've got,
A friend in me.

Mark's Addition: Okay, so, sort of modified. I wrote it for, surprise, an anxious friend, and then I decided to use it as a filler because Lucas Stories (sorry) isn't finished yet.

    Anyway, this is a great poem! It perfectly summarizes friendship. My favorite lines are the first half. I love the great rhyme sceme!

      Did you play it once when I was around? The name sounds familiar, but I don't really remember it. Maybe if I heard it again I would recognize it.

      It was at a small group thing; not the one where we had Bible Study, but the one where I always competed with H (...easiest way I can reference people without giving away their identity :P ) at Blurt
